The Bay-Atlantic Symphony is funded, in part, through a grant by the New Jersey State Council on the Arts, Department of State, a Partner Agency of the National Endowment for the Arts.

Paul D. Herron, Executive Director

Paul Herron has been the Executive Director of the Bay-Atlantic Symphony since 2006 and has helped the Symphony grow into a southern New Jersey cultural force and a model for small arts organizations. Mr. Herron worked in healthcare management and administration for more than 20 years, including the University of California, San Francisco, South Jersey Hospital Systems, and most recently as Administrator, Department of Pediatrics at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. A life-long lover of the arts, Paul has produced, directed, and performed in theatrical and musical productions throughout southern New Jersey, and is currently the president of Fool Moon Theatre. Mr. Herron received his BS from the University of San Francisco, and his MBA from Richard Stockton College. He lives in Egg Harbor Township with his wife Patricia.
